Job description
The candidate for this position will be responsible for process engineering design of oil/gas and chemical plants. The position is part-time with flexible working location (remote working allowed).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare process engineering documents: process basis of design, process criteria, design philosophies, process simulation report, HMB, P&ID, PFD, process calculation, process datasheets, etc.
- Participate in Desktop Review, HAZOP, HAZID.
- Bidding and procurement support.
- Commissioning, Construction and Operation support.
- Interface within process disciplines and other engineering/ project disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Prefer at least 5 years experience as Process Design Engineer in EPC companies or engineering consultant companies for oil/ gas, chemical industry.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
